Reflexologist Jennifer Connelly owner of the Solo Fertility, set up her Gravesend practice 20 years ago. It has the specific aim of helping clients who have almost given up searching for successful fertility treatment that doctors were unable to help with outside of IVF.
She says supporting couples to de-stress and relax enables their bodies to heal and balance out which can assist conception.
Educating people that Reflexology is available is important and may help the process of fertility together with having positive effects during pregnancy
Jennifer added: “I am the area group leader for all the local reflexologists and we support each other as we all have different skills to offer different clients.
