Sealeys Walker Jarvis

Sealeys Walker Jarvis are an independent, estate agent located in Parrock Street, Gravesend.  Sealeys began trading in 1993, originally as a letting agency and then expanded over the decades to include Residential Sales and Commercial Sales and Lettings Departments. 

On the 1st March 2021, Sealeys were proud to purchase one of Gravesham’s oldest estate agents, Walker Jarvis, which began trading in 1851.  The combination of 170 years of experience together with the professional service offered by both companies has been of huge benefit to our loyal clients.

As a company, we endeavour to improve the public image of our sector including our industry qualified staff, our full membership of Propertymark (the professional body for the property sector), and our membership of The Property Ombudsman.  Sealeys Walker Jarvis really is … where professionalism comes as standard!

Our newly enlarged team is made up of staff who were either born and raised in Gravesham or are Gravesham residents.  Our pride in the area and what we can do to improve conditions for those residents in need are at the heart of our company’s charity endeavours including our support of local charities such as Ellenor Hospice and the Gravesham Foodbank.  We are also proud sponsors of Ebbsfleet United.

With one eye on what is needed in our town, our Commercial Department work tirelessly to find the right businesses for vacant units in the area.  In particular, we are proud to work with clients such as Gravesham Borough Council, as well as supporting clients such as former Gravesham Business Award winners, Panic Room, as they look to expand their amazing local business.
