It has long been accepted that Pilates is an excellent mind and body strengthener.

Instructor Sukhi Tehara is devoted to the subject and after opening her Mindful, Movement Studio in Windmill Street, Gravesend in 2024, has committed herself to teaching and talking about the benefits of the subject to the local community.

There are daily classes throughout the week covered by various instructors leading to clients feeling more supple and core strengthened.

This being the first Reformer Pilates studio in Gravesend, required a lot of hands-on marketing, specifically with taster sessions, informative packs and social media coverage covering client testimonials. 

Pilates is never a quick health fix, but done regularly with its specialised breathing and stretch techniques can turn someone’s health right round.
