Joshua Reeve has been an apprentice at M&M Estate and Letting Agents since 2024.

From having barely picked up a camera, Joshua has now become trained in property photography and videography leading to a final certificate in Distinction.

Based at the office at Windmill Street, Gravesend and speaking of his apprenticeship which concludes this year, Joshua said: “The highlight of my apprenticeship has probably been getting the chance to design a studio space for the office. 

“It wasn’t something I thought I’d be involved with, but ended up being a great experience. We needed somewhere to film social media videos, so I was asked to help set it up. I had to figure out how the space would work best for different types of videos, making sure the lighting was right and the background looked good. 

“It was challenging at times, but seeing it all come together and then watching the team use it for shoots was a high point for me. It made me feel like I was making a real difference and it was cool to see the results in our content.”
