Ever since joining MCC Partners based at Saddington Street, Gravesend, apprentice Manjot Dhesi feels he has played a unique role being the first ever apprentice, employee taken on by the partners. 

He said: “When I identified inefficiencies in our client documentation process, I developed a streamlined system that reduced processing time by 30 per cent. 

“This initiative demonstrated not just technical ability, but also business awareness, understanding that efficiency directly impacts client satisfaction and profitability. 

“Most importantly, I approach my role with genuine passion for what accurate financial information can do for businesses and individuals and how it can assist them in tax saving and better cash flow decisions. I believe accountancy is about more than compliance, it's about providing insights that enable better decisions and financial wellbeing.“

Manjot stressed that whilst there are a number of highlights working for the firm, meeting a broad range of clients and understanding how smaller firms operate has been a positive development point for him.
