Ryan Ingram

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲'𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺

Ryan Ingram who began his apprenticeship in 2023 at Marie’s Tearoom and Emporium, found it very rewarding. 

He feels one of the highlights has been seeing the stark contrast between where he started and where he is now. 

He said: “At the beginning, I didn’t have a clue about many aspects of the role, but as I developed my skills, I began to truly understand what it means to be a team leader. 

“One of the most rewarding experiences has been watching my team grow and flourish by using the skills and knowledge I was able to pass on to them. Seeing others succeed has always been something that motivates me and being part of their progress has been an amazing experience. 

“This journey has not only built my confidence, but also taught me the value of supporting and empowering others. That sense of teamwork and shared success has definitely been one of the most inspiring parts of my apprenticeship.”

Ryan completed his training in May this year.
