MAUCARE Services is an award-winning, Gravesend-based family-run business, with a person-centred service providing care to individuals in their own homes.
Started in 2018, the provision is wide, offering additional services including emotional and psychological support, mobility assistance, personal care, and help with daily living tasks.
As the demand for its services grew, especially in supported living and live-in care, the company had to ensure it could expand its team and resources efficiently.
This was addressed by building strong partnerships with other organisations for support with additional staffing and resources.
Managing director Shweta Lokeshwaree Dowlot Maulayah said: “Our commitment to quality care remained unwavering as we introduced strategic plans for future growth, including expanding into new geographical areas.
