On a line for success
Gravesend-based Total Line Marking Ltd is managed by a vibrant young team specialising in road markings, electric vehicle bays, decorative graphics, line marking removal, car park line painting, along with warehouse line marking services.
Founding director Frankie Clark said: “We are a young company, but with five of our employees being under 30, we are hungry for growth and strive for success to the best of our ability. Also, two of our management team are also women.
“As one of our crew operatives, we see this as a stepping-stone for the company as it shows we are helping to break through a previously male-dominated field in construction. Our attitude to working is that we’re a tight-knit team and we try to have a quarterly social event where the office and crew can come together and have fun.”
