Dancing to success
The vibrant, Gravesend, Zoe Adele Performing Arts School delivers what it says in its title.
Created in 2021, the Valley Drive-based school helps children between 18 months and 16 years enjoy different theatrical styles. Additionally, there are dance fitness classes available to adults, as well as after school and weekend lessons.
Founder Zoe Adele said: “We are an organic school that was created independently. We have over 140 students, and I know all of them by name and their parents. We are proud of what we have created and are not a franchise, so everything we do is in-house. “
An eight-strong team of instructors also takes on trainees often as sixth form pupils with aspirations to become performing arts teachers themselves. Success has brought about the need to expand its premises and work in local schools and it is hoped this can be achieved although rate increases have dented ambitions for the moment.
