The Alzheimer's and Dementia charity, based at Northfleet, is proudly celebrating 35 years of ensuring nobody has to face dementia alone.
With dementia now the leading cause of death in the UK, and diagnoses, including young onset dementia, continuing to rise, the need for specialist support has never been greater.
The charity's focus is to provide hope, guidance and reassurance to local people at every stage of the dementia journey, and that starts from the very first signs that something isn't right.
The charity is there to offer expert advice and practical support to individuals and families. There is also a day centre offering stimulating activities.
