Future Survival is an independent high street activity, gaming and education centre based in Gravesend. It provides safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for children, young adults, families, schools, community groups and businesses, combining physical activities, digital technology and creative learning under one roof.
A significant part of the work is community-led. This includes support activities for those who may not always feel comfortable accessing traditional leisure settings.
Specialist activities are offered for children and young people with special educational needs, dedicated youth-club events, SEN-focused coding sessions and adult social meetups. These sessions are designed to create safe, welcoming environments where people can develop confidence, build friendships and enjoy activities at a pace that works for them.
Director Graham Broadbent said: “We do not stand still and continually review customer feedback, changes in the activity market and the services offered by our competitors.
“We then look for opportunities to introduce new activities, improve existing experiences and attract a wider range of visitors. Instead of simply copying other attractions, we aim to differentiate ourselves by combining entertainment with education, teamwork, personal development and social connection.
“Our work with schools is an example of this approach. We can provide activities that develop communication, teamwork, confidence, problem-solving and digital skills, rather than entertainment alone.
“We are continuing to train our staff and develop our programmes so that we can provide stronger school activity days, enrichment opportunities and team-building experiences.”
