House of Leyla, based at Milton Road, Gravesend, aims to bring physical health, mental wellbeing, nutrition, recovery and human connection under one roof.
Founded three years ago by Leyla, from a background in psychology and a passion for making wellbeing more accessible, House of Leyla has grown into far more than a yoga studio.
It provides a welcoming space where people can move, breathe, eat, recover, connect and learn, supporting the whole person rather than focusing on one aspect of health.
On offer is yoga and movement, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, massage, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, reiki, workshops, community circles and wellbeing events.
There is an infrared sauna, initially introduced with athletes from local gyms and physical recovery in mind, which has become increasingly popular. The popular SoulFuel Café extends this philosophy into nutrition.
Founder and director Leyla Ramadan said: “What sets House of Leyla apart is not simply one particular class, treatment or product, but the way we bring so many aspects of wellbeing together in one place.
“We have created a genuine wellbeing ecosystem where people can move through yoga and movement, support their mental health, access complementary therapies, eat nourishing food at SoulFuel, use our infrared sauna, attend workshops and community circles, or simply come in and connect with other people.”
